Cancer Prevention

The Dan L Duncan Comprehensive Cancer Center established the Office of Outreach and Health Disparities to ensure that the large, diverse and underserved population of Houston/Harris County receives the latest information about cancer prevention and treatment. The primary goal is to increase community-level awareness of cancer and cancer screening through its online health library, theater outreach program and Community Network for Cancer Prevention.
