Dr. Lindsay French is an Associate Director of Residency Education and Assistant Professor of Psychiatry in the Menninger Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences as well as Staff Psychiatrist at Harris Health System where she works in outlying community clinics as well as Ben Taub Hospital in the Psychiatric Emergency Center. Prior to transitioning to faculty, she served as co-chief resident in the program from 2011-2012 and was awarded most valuable resident during her final year of residency. Her interests include medical illnesses and cancer as related to PTSD, attitudes towards volunteerism amongst psychiatrists and mentorship of medical students and residents.
